- 1 Tell us the scope How many seats, roughly how much carpet, and what kind of soiling. A few sentences and a photo are enough.
- 2 You get the price upfront We quote based on scope and material. No recalculating once we are standing in your flat.
- 3 We arrive with the equipment Our own extractor, solutions and water. All we need from you is access and a power socket.
- 4 Dry by the next day We extract as much moisture as possible. Carpets are usually dry in 4–8 hours, a sofa overnight.
What it costs
Price is driven less by area than by material and how dirty the item actually is. A leather sofa after ten years of use and a fabric couch after one coffee accident are two different jobs, even with the same number of seats.
That is why we do not post a price per square metre. Send us the scope — number of seats, approximate carpet area, upholstery type and what you are dealing with — and you get a firm price upfront, not an estimate that doubles on site.
For larger jobs (offices, restaurants, hotels, recurring service) we quote individually and are happy to come and take a look first.

Frequently asked questions
How long does a sofa take to dry?
We extract fabric sofas to damp, not wet — usable in 6–12 hours, ideally left overnight. Carpets dry in 4–8 hours depending on pile and ventilation. An open window or a fan speeds it up.
Will old stains come out?
Most will — coffee, wine, grease, pet urine. To be straight with you: bleach marks, dye transferred from another fabric or damaged fibre cannot be cleaned out, because the material itself has changed rather than being dirty. After inspecting it we will tell you what to expect.
Does extraction cleaning damage upholstery?
Not when it is matched to the material. We test colourfastness on a hidden spot first and choose the solution and water volume according to the fabric. For delicate materials (viscose, silk, some leathers) we use a gentler method.
Do you clean for businesses and offices?
Yes, and often outside working hours — evenings or weekends, so it does not disrupt you. Meeting rooms, office chairs, open-space carpets and recurring service for buildings.
